Before the shoot, we’ll engage in a conversation or message exchange to carefully plan a session tailored just for you. We’ll discuss your style, preferred locations, and the impression you want to make. Whether you’re going for a casual, confident, or adventurous look, we’ll create images that present you at your very best. If you have a specific idea in mind, we encourage you to share it so we can bring your vision to life and ensure you get the best results. To make your profile stand out, we focus on creating natural, candid-looking photos that don’t feel staged. Our goal is to make it seem like your pictures were taken in the moment, effortlessly capturing your best angles while keeping things relaxed and authentic. Our sessions are designed for flexibility: 1 Hour – One location with a minimal outfit change, such as switching a shirt. 2 Hours – Two nearby locations with up to two outfit changes. 4 Hours – Three different locations within a reasonable distance, with up to four outfit changes. All-Day (8 Hours) – Multiple locations and outfit changes, planned strategically to make the most of the time while ensuring a smooth and efficient shoot. Every detail is pre-planned in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient shoot, so you can focus on looking your best. With expert posing guidance and a relaxed approach, we help you feel comfortable in front of the camera—so your photos don’t just look great, they help you attract more matches and make a lasting impression.
Cancellation Policy
At Amatal, we strive to make the booking process simple and straightforward so you can focus on what matters—getting the perfect shot. Booking Process: All sessions can be booked easily through our online platform. Simply choose your preferred date, time and make your payment to secure your session. Payment Terms: To confirm your booking, full payment is required at the time of booking. This ensures that your preferred time slot is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellation & Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your session on your own using the available methods provided or by contacting us directly. However, if you fail to do so at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment, a 25% cancellation and rescheduling fee will apply. Late Arrivals: Punctuality is key to making the most of your session. There is no grace period for late arrivals. If you’re running late, please contact us immediately to see if the session can still proceed. If a reschedule is necessary, a 25% rescheduling fee will apply. No-Show, No-Call Policy: Respecting each other’s time is essential. If a client fails to show up for their session without notifying us in advance, a 25% fee of the session cost will be charged. This ensures that our time and resources are valued while allowing us to accommodate other clients. Additional Fees: There are no hidden fees—what you see is what you get. However, if you request something outside of our standard offerings, additional charges may apply. We’ll discuss any extra costs with you upfront.
